Hello, my name is Jason, but you can call me Jason Steady.

I was born in Omaha, NE and lived there for 40 years. Now I’ve lived in the California Hi-Desert since 2019, next to the mountains that border the Northern edge of Joshua Tree National Park.

Life is loose and minimal, I’m always able to hit the road and travel up and down the coast to catch a view or two. There are endless desert backroads to explore in the VW buggy on any given morning. Life is long.

What I can be commissioned to do:

- Custom Chainstitch Embroidery hand cranked on a 100-year-old machine
- Illustration, graphic design, and Layout for print and digital
- Overdub all over your music with pedal steel, Moog synths, Wurlitzer 200, and whatever else I’ve got lying around.
- Design, Build, and Paint objects, products, or spaces
- Dune Buggy customization, fabrication, repair, and upkeep of VW and 212cc engined off-road vehicles.
- Brainwave Usage for conceptualization, execution strategies, and general problem solving.
